Our Story
Inspired by the teachings and philosphy of the trailblazing Edgar S. Cahn and an unforgettable meeting, Jerome answered the call to action when the meeting ended in Dr. Cahn’s challenge “Do Something.”
Youth TimeBanking, born in New Jersey in 2019, focuses on sustainable change through positive youth and community development. From New Jersey to Florida, Connecticut, Jamaica, Mongolia, and expanding in Africa, YTB(Youth ARE) cultivates "seeds of change" in Cameroon, Uganda, Kenya, and Tanzania.
YTB(Youth ARE) honors the late Dr. Cahn with the belief in the value of all members of our vast and varied society. Dr. Cahn’s words resonate in all we do:
