YTB supports transition-age youth, in mostly vulnerable circumstances or having a history of trauma, with transformational opportunities to lead community service projects. These youth need and want opportunities to continue their education, make a difference, and live lives as free as possible from the physical and environmental threats they face daily. YTB puts opportunities, training, and resources in the same space as youth with determination and capability. YTB changes the odds for youth development via giving and receiving for connected community.
