The greatest needs in Kisumu are food security and affordable housing. One of the YTB pilot projects is establishing vertical gardens for supplemental food for community members who help - "food as currency." We want to find out if community members would offer their time and help with service to each other and benefit from augmenting their food supply with vegetables grown in the vertical gardens.
