I am so lucky to have actually experienced the power of Youth TimeBanking during a trip that I took to Uganda. I'm a big advocate for the concept of TimeBanking, so it was amazing to see, and feel, how YTB is able to bring together communities and empower kids, first hand.
The kids were so eager to learn crocheting, and to help build their new school, and to connect with youth in America, which was all possible with the help of YTB Global! This is definitely a great program that can be run anywhere in the world to help develop intergenerational community bonds, all while empowering and valuing the youth for the assets that they are. I'm so thankful to be a part of this organization!

Youth TimeBanking is one of the best nonprofit programs I’ve ever took part in. YTB uses time as a currency in aid of motivating youths to give back to their community. The organization places impact on how youth strength can greatly improve community development. My time in YTB benefited my personal and professional values as it has enlightened my perspective on what it means to truly give back. Being a part of YTB, I’ve gained new friends, learn about other cultures and develop new skills.
